San Diego County Property Ownership by Coordinates
Latitude & Longitude or UTM
Use this page to find the owner of a property parcel in San Diego County if you know the coordinates of a point on the property. Enter either Latitude and Longitude in the Latitude and Longitude text boxes or UTM Northing and Easting in the UTM text boxes. Latitude and Longitude values should carry five decimals; more than that are unnecessary, fewer may be insufficiently accurate if your point is near a boundary. UTM values require seven whole digits in Northing and six whole digits in Easting. No decimals are necessary. To find an owner by clicking on the property on a map, use the County Parcels Map page.

Enter Lat/Long OR UTM Coordinates
Latitude: UTM North:
Longitude: UTM East:
